The iBeast process is something that we've worked hard to develop. Our process usually follows the following steps:
Free Consultation We believe that it is important for us to understand exactly what you need done and what you expect from us. With this in mind we offer a free one hour consultation to our clients to help determine the scope of the project. This time that we spend with you helps you get to know us and helps us to better determine how much your project will cost and how long it will take to complete.
Proposal The next step in our process is to come up with a proposal that is tailored specifically for your project. Our proposals will give you a start date for the project and a projected completion date. The proposal will cover the different phases of the project and how much each phase will cost.
Project Phases When you receive your proposal you will see that your project has been broken out into several different phases. By breaking the project into phases we can provide you with better time estimates and price breakdowns. This shows you what you're really paying for and allows you to decide to schedule the phases differently with us to meet your needs better.
During Development Once the project has been started we will stay in contact with you to assure you that we will meet our deadlines. Along the way we can provide you with access to development websites so you can see the progress of your project.
Completion Once your project has been finished we don't run away and hide. Our goal is to make sure that the finished project is something you are happy with. We are always available for continued support.
